What happens on the initial review call?
A 20-minute conversation. We'll ask about your practice, your current IT setup, and what's working or not. No pitch deck. No hard sell. If there's a fit, we'll schedule a deeper technical assessment. If there isn't, we'll tell you honestly.
Do I have to switch IT providers to talk to you?
Not at all. Many of our conversations start with a practice that wants a second opinion on their current setup or wants to understand what HIPAA-compliant IT should look like. That's a valid reason to talk, and there's no obligation.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. Every engagement includes a signed Business Associate Agreement, and we're happy to send the current version before you sign any other paperwork. It's how we work, and it's how every IT provider serving healthcare should work.
Do you work outside metro Atlanta?
Our focus is metro Atlanta. Being local matters for healthcare IT, we can be on-site quickly if something requires physical presence, and we understand the local healthcare market. For practices outside our core area, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
